Terms

The rules for using this site

These terms cover spacestationlabs.ai, the blog, the subreddit guides and the free tools. Client work runs on its own signed agreement. Last updated 7 October 2026.

The short version

Read anything, use the tools, quote us with a link. Don't resell the site, don't try to break it, and don't treat a tool's score as a promise. Ontario law applies.

The rest of this page is the long version, and it's the part that counts.

Who you're agreeing with

This site is run by Spacestation Labs Ltd, a company based in Toronto, Ontario. Using the site means you accept these terms. If you're using it for your company, you're accepting them for the company too, and confirming you're allowed to.

You need to be at least 18. If you don't agree with these terms, please don't use the site.

If we work together, the agreement we both sign covers that work. Where it and this page disagree, the signed agreement wins.

What you can do

Read, share and use what's here for your own business or personal purposes. Quoting a post or a guide is fine as long as you credit us and link back to the page. Search engines and AI assistants are welcome to crawl, index and quote it too.

That's a personal permission we can take back. It isn't exclusive, and you can't pass it on to anyone else.

What you can't do

Don't copy the site, the blog or the subreddit guides wholesale, resell them, or use them to build a competing product.

Don't get around the limits on the free tools. That means no rotating IPs, clearing cookies on a loop or scripting requests to get more free tests, and no trying to pull the scoring model out of the post tester.

Don't attack, overload or probe the site, interfere with the bot check, or use it to send anything unlawful, harmful, or that you don't have the right to share.

The free tools and guides

The Reddit post tester scores a draft against a statistical model trained on public Reddit posts. The score estimates how posts like yours tend to do. It can't tell you how a particular community or moderator will react, and it isn't a promise of upvotes, reach, or that your post stays up.

The subreddit guides are built from public data and third-party datasets. Numbers go stale and rules change, so check a community's own rules before you post there.

Free tools have free limits. We can change the number of free tests, change how a tool works, or switch one off at any time, and we don't owe anyone support for them.

We're not Reddit

Spacestation Labs is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Reddit, Inc. Reddit is a trademark of Reddit, Inc.

When you post on Reddit you're bound by Reddit's User Agreement and each community's rules, and what happens to your post or your account is between you and Reddit.

The same goes for any other site we link to. We don't control them, and their terms apply when you use them.

Not professional advice

The blog, the guides and the tools are general information. None of it is legal, financial or professional advice about your situation.

The results in our case studies came from specific campaigns for specific clients. They show what happened there, not what will happen for you.

What you send us

When you fill in a form, the information has to be accurate and yours to share. What we do with it is covered by our privacy policy, which is part of these terms. If the two ever disagree about personal information, the privacy policy wins.

If you send us feedback or an idea, we can use it however we like without paying or crediting you. So don't send us anything you want kept confidential.

Who owns what

The site, the writing, the design, the subreddit guides as we've compiled them, the post tester and its model, and the Spacestation Labs name and logo belong to Spacestation Labs Ltd or to whoever licensed them to us. Nothing in these terms hands any of that to you.

Client names and logos belong to those clients. Reddit posts and comments we quote belong to the people who wrote them.

No guarantees

The site is provided as is and as available. As far as the law allows, we make no promises about it, express or implied, including that it's accurate, fit for a particular purpose, uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors and viruses.

Limits on our liability

As far as the law allows, we're not liable for lost profits, lost data, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages that come from using the site or not being able to.

Our total liability to you for anything to do with the site is capped at the greater of CA$100 and what you paid us to use the site in the six months before the claim. The site is free, so that's usually the CA$100.

Some laws, consumer protection laws included, don't allow limits like these. Where that's the case, they apply only as far as that law permits.

If your use causes a claim

If someone makes a claim against us because of how you used the site, because you broke these terms, or because you broke the law, you agree to cover our reasonable costs of dealing with it, legal fees included. We'll tell you about the claim once we know about it, and we can choose to run the defence ourselves.

Blocking access

We can block or limit your access to the site or to a tool at any time, especially if we think you've broken these terms. The parts about ownership, liability, claims and governing law keep applying after that.

Changes

We'll update these terms when the site changes. The date at the top changes with them, and if you keep using the site after that, you're accepting the new version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute goes to the courts in Toronto, Ontario, and we both accept their jurisdiction.

That doesn't take away any right your local consumer protection law gives you to bring a claim where you live, and either of us can still use small claims court.

The rest

These terms and the privacy policy are the whole agreement about using the site. If a court strikes out one part, the rest still stands. If we don't enforce something straight away, we haven't given up the right to. You can't transfer these terms to anyone else. We can, for example if the company is sold.

We'll reach you by email or on this site, and that counts as notice in writing.

We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 AA. If something on the site is hard to use, tell us and we'll fix it.
