Blue pencil, banknote, upvote arrow, and comment bubbles surround an illustrated Reddit post beside the headline Get Paid to Post on Reddit.

If you can consistently get people to read, comment, and share in on Reddit, we’d like to talk.

We work with startups, leading brands, and established companies as a full-service Reddit marketing agency, and we always need people who understand the communities those companies want to reach.

As Head of Delivery at Spacestation Labs, when I look at someone’s Reddit work, I want to see how they choose a topic, explain an idea, and respond when people push back. A marketing résumé can tell me where you’ve worked. Your post history shows me whether you can hold a community’s attention.

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for Redditors who know their communities well and can turn that knowledge into posts people want to read.

  • Deep knowledge of a niche and its communities. You know the recurring questions, common recommendations, inside jokes, and topics people have already discussed to death.
  • Judgment about what belongs in each subreddit. You understand when people want a personal account, a straight answer, or a detailed breakdown with sources.
  • An active history of participation. Your posts and comments show that you spend time in the community and understand how people respond.
  • Useful, original ideas. You can spot unanswered questions, explain overlooked tradeoffs, and contribute something people haven’t read a hundred times.
  • Clear writing about a subject you know. Whether it’s developer tools, fitness, gaming, or home improvement, you can make your knowledge useful to other members.

Show us results and how you got them

Can you generate a million views a month and a thousand upvotes in a niche you love?

That's the level of reach we’re interested in, but we also want to understand the work behind it. A successful post gives us something concrete to discuss: why you chose the topic, why it belonged in that community, and what you learned from the response.

A history of good contributions helps us see whether you can keep finding worthwhile ideas. Maybe you noticed a common question that nobody had answered properly. Maybe you explained a tradeoff that other posts skipped, or shared an experience that gave people something useful to compare against their own. Those decisions tell us more than a screenshot of a view count.

What changes when a client is involved

Paid work adds responsibilities beyond writing a good post. You need to understand the client’s product, check your claims, meet deadlines, and be ready for questions after the post goes live. If a reader points out a limitation or asks something you can’t answer, you need to handle that honestly and get the right information.

You also need to be comfortable challenging a weak idea. A client might suggest a topic that has been exhausted, an angle that feels forced, or a product mention that adds nothing to the discussion. Part of your job is to explain the problem and propose something better. Sometimes the right decision is to choose another community or leave the product out of the conversation.

That judgment includes respecting community rules and disclosure requirements. Clients need people who can contribute credibly and protect the relationships they’re trying to build. Knowing how to attract attention is useful; knowing what to do with that attention makes you someone we can trust with the work.

The opportunity

As Spacestation Labs has grown, some smaller engagements have become a better fit for independent specialists. We’re building a network of capable Redditors we can refer work to, including engagements worth roughly $1,000 to $3,000 a month. For someone who knows a relevant niche and can manage a client relationship, a referral could be a way to start or grow their own business.

How to apply

Start with your Reddit account and a post you’re proud of. Give us enough context to understand your thinking:

  • Why you picked that subject
  • What you knew about the community
  • What happened in the comments

You may already spend hours learning about a subject, answering questions, and finding things your community wants to discuss. If you can show that work and explain your approach, we’d like to hear from you.
